A Complete Player Pathway
Colorado Rush Mountain provides a structured journey for athletes living in the Evergreen, Conifer, and 285 corridor, offering a local community feel with access to a global competitive network.
Grassroots (U3-U10): The Little Rush (U3-U5) and Recreational (U6-U10) programs focus on introducing the fundamentals of soccer in a fun, high-energy environment.
Intermediate (U11-U12): This stage bridges the gap from recreational play to more structured competitive environments, emphasizing technical growth and tactical understanding.
Competitive (U13-U19): Select and Elite programs offer rigorous training and league play within the Colorado Soccer Association (CSA) and US Youth Soccer frameworks.
The "Golden Path": Top-performing mountain athletes have a direct internal scouting route to elite national leagues (EA/ECNL) via the centralized Rush network, allowing them to advance to the highest levels without leaving the Rush system.
The Rush Advantage
By combining local mountain resilience with the resources of the world’s largest youth soccer organization, Mountain Rush offers opportunities unique to the region.
Mountain Advantage: Players train at altitude within their own communities while benefiting from the unified curriculum and international resources of the global Rush network.
Rush Select: Athletes from the mountain communities can be nominated to join national "all-star" teams for prestigious domestic tournaments and international tours.
College Advisory Program (CAP): High school players receive dedicated support to navigate the collegiate recruitment process, ensuring they have the tools to continue their careers at the next level.
Mission and Values
With roots dating back to 1979, the club is anchored by the "Rush Way" and its 11 Core Values, such as Accountability, Tenacity, and Humility. The program is designed to develop the "whole person," fostering resilient leaders who represent the mountain region with pride.
Our Commitment: To provide a purposeful player development experience that combines a love for the game with the character-building values necessary for life success.
