Nick Regan

Nick Regan is the founder and CEO of Find Your Club and the founder of Ramat Sports Group, its parent company. He built Find Your Club as the bridge between technology and sports: a platform that tells the stories of clubs, events and service providers and makes sure families can find them on Google and in AI answers.

Nick's background is in tech. He was one of PeerSpot's earliest employees, joining when the company worked out of a shared office space, and as Senior Project Manager he helped build it into the buying intelligence platform whose validated reviews now help more than 20 million software buyers choose enterprise technology. He designed, built and ran some of PeerSpot's most successful offerings, hired people who became key members of the team, worked with the largest tech companies in the world every day and took more than 60 international business trips in five years to deliver projects. Before PeerSpot, he was a Project Manager at Kendago, a performance marketing company that grows direct-to-consumer brands in the U.S. market.

PeerSpot is the closest model for what Find Your Club does: verified reviews from real users, built to be found on Google and in AI answers. Find Your Club brings that model to youth sports.

On the field, Nick is an NCAA Division I head coach, a gold medal-winning coach at the 2023 Pan American Maccabi Games in Buenos Aires, a former USL W-League head coach and a UEFA-licensed coach. He has also lived the pathway many families are navigating: he grew up playing in England, including in the FA Youth Cup, before playing college soccer in the United States.

Mike Regan

Mike Regan leads Find Your Club's partnerships with clubs, associations, events and service providers. He brings more than 20 years of experience in soccer at the NCAA Division I, NJCAA, Olympic Development Program, US Youth Soccer, regional and youth academy levels.

Mike has worked as a head coach and assistant coach in college soccer and as a sporting director in youth club soccer, which gives him a first-hand view of what clubs, coaches and families need. He holds a U.S. Soccer A-Senior coaching license and a master's degree in sport management, and his work spans professional, collegiate and non-profit organizations.

His focus is shaping organizational culture, structure and performance, and building partnerships on clear communication and high ethical standards.

Rea Regan

COO & VP of Marketing

Rea Regan runs Find Your Club's operations and leads its marketing. She brings more than a decade of experience in content marketing, communications and creative operations at technology and software companies in the United States and Israel.

Rea has led content teams and marketing departments, written brand guidelines, built content calendars and creative workflows, managed marketing budgets and rolled out tools like HubSpot and Monday.com across whole organizations. The campaigns and teams she has led have grown website traffic, leads, signups and revenue.

Her work combines SEO with answer engine and generative engine optimization (AEO and GEO), the same approach Find Your Club uses to help clients get found on Google and in AI answers.
