A Complete Player Pathway

Colorado Rush NorCo (Northern Colorado) offers a player-centered roadmap that serves athletes in Greeley and the surrounding communities, ensuring every player finds their fit within the Rush system.

• Rush Beginnings (U5–U8): The foundational recreational program designed to introduce young athletes to the game through fun and engagement, prioritizing a love for the sport without the pressure of elite competition.

• Youth Academy (U9–U12): This bridge program—spanning U9-U10 and U11-U12—focuses on technical growth and individual excellence, aligning with the "Rush Way" to ensure a progressive training journey.
