Overview

COLORADO RUSH EAST OVERVIEW

⚽ Programs & Offerings

Rush East provides a structured "player pathway" that balances local community play with access to elite national platforms.

  • Recreational Soccer: Designed for the youngest players (U5–U8), this program focuses on fun and fundamentals, introducing children to the ball in a positive, low-pressure setting.

  • Youth Academy: A bridge program for U9–U12 players that introduces advanced technical training and tactical concepts, preparing athletes for the transition to full-field competitive play.

  • Competitive League: For U13–U19 players, the competitive program offers rigorous training and league play in the Colorado Advanced League, allowing players to refine their skills against other local clubs.

  • Elite Academy: A premier platform for top-tier athletes (U13–U19) to compete at the highest levels. This includes:

    • Boys Academy: Competing in the ECNL Regional League (ECNL-RL) Mountain Conference, pushing serious athletes toward collegiate and professional opportunities.

    • Girls Academy: Providing elite training and competition pathways, such as the DPL (Development Player League) to maximize exposure and development.

  • Rush Select: Top performers from the East branch can be nominated for "Rush Select" teams, joining all-star squads from across the global Rush network to compete in national and international tournaments.

🏛️ Core Values & Vision

Everything at the club is guided by the "Rush Way," a philosophy centered on 11 Core Values that teach players to be leaders on and off the pitch. Key values include:

  • Accountability: Taking ownership of one's actions and development.

  • Tenacity: Displaying relentless effort and grit when no one is watching.

  • Unity: Understanding that success is achieved together, not alone.

📜 History & Legacy

As a key branch of the Colorado Rush organization — one of the most successful youth soccer clubs in U.S. history — Rush East brings a championship pedigree to Aurora. While the original club was founded in 1997, the East branch was established to ensure that families in Aurora and the eastern metro area had direct access to the same world-class curriculum and "Rush Way" methodology that has produced over 12 National Championships and numerous professional players.
