Overview

CHARLOTTESVILLE ALLIANCE OVERVIEW

Charlottesville Alliance Sports Club: A Player-Centric Community

"We offer a competitive travel program that is a progressive, comprehensive platform designed to inspire and develop players... It is the first proper player-centric program in the Charlottesville area. Under Sporting Director Shay Bell and Technical Staff, the club will follow the most modern US Soccer Federation and United Soccer Coaches curriculums to develop players that play an attractive brand of soccer at the highest competitive level."— Brian Kuk

⚽ A Complete Player Pathway

"The Alliance" provides a structured journey for every stage of a player's life, from their first kick to adult recreational leagues.

  • Recreational (U3-U8): The Minis and Tots programs introduce the youngest players to the ball in a low-pressure, fun environment.

  • Academy Elite (U8-U10): A bridge between recreational and travel soccer, focusing on technical foundations and preparing players for competitive play.

  • Travel (U11-U19): A progressive platform with multiple teams per age group (Navy and Orange), allowing players to compete at the level best suited for their development.

  • Adult WRECK Soccer: A co-ed, "non-aggressive" league for adults 40+ (and open divisions) who want to stay active and enjoy the game without the slide tackles.

🏟️ Premier Facilities

The club calls Alliance Sports Park home—a massive 79-acre complex located off Polo Grounds Road.

  • Pro-Level Surfaces: The facility boasts up to seven full-size Bermuda grass fields.

  • Year-Round Training: The club utilizes the SOCA Field House for winter programs, ensuring development doesn't stop when the temperature drops.
