These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Ramat Sports Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Find Your Club ("Find Your Club," "we," "us"). They apply to findyourclub.com, Link-Up and our related pages and forms (together, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
If your organization has a separate written agreement with us for paid services, that agreement governs those services. If it conflicts with these Terms, the written agreement controls.
Who can use the Site
You must be at least 13 to use the Site's forms, including Link-Up. If you're under 18, use the Site with a parent or guardian's involvement. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you're authorized to act for it.
What Find Your Club is, and isn't
Find Your Club is an information and directory service. We help you research and contact clubs, camps, events and service providers. We don't run those programs. We don't employ their coaches, and we aren't a party to any agreement you make with them.
- Listings can be incomplete or out of date. Profiles marked "Unclaimed" are built from public information and haven't been verified by the organization. Check important details, such as fees, schedules, locations and age groups, directly with the organization.
- "FYC Verified" means the organization has confirmed or supplied its profile information. It isn't an endorsement, a safety certification or a guarantee of quality.
- Featured partners pay us. Organizations marked as featured partners are Find Your Club clients. Video stories on their profiles come from their own players, parents, coaches and staff, collected by Find Your Club. They reflect those people's own experiences and are not independent reviews.
- Choose carefully. Before enrolling a child in any program, do your own due diligence, including asking about coach background checks and safeguarding policies. Find Your Club doesn't screen clubs, coaches or staff.
Link-Up
When you submit a Link-Up request and confirm you want to be contacted, you authorize us to share your request and contact details with the organizations you shortlisted, and to contact those organizations about your request, including organizations that aren't Find Your Club partners. We don't guarantee that any organization will respond, have space or be a good fit.
Claiming a profile
Only an authorized representative of an organization may claim or edit its profile. We may ask for proof, and we may decline, suspend or reverse a claim at our discretion. You're responsible for keeping your organization's information accurate. You confirm that you have the right to share any logos, photos and text you submit.
Content you submit
You keep ownership of what you submit, such as profile details, logos, photos and messages. You give Find Your Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, adapt and publish it on the Site and in our marketing of the listing, for as long as it's on the Site and for a reasonable time after.
Video stories are governed by the Consent and Release signed when they were recorded.
Don't submit anything false or misleading, anything that infringes someone else's rights, or anyone else's personal information without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape or harvest listings or contact details from the Site in bulk, or use them to build a competing directory;
- send spam, or use Link-Up or any form for anything other than a genuine request;
- impersonate any person or organization, or falsely claim to represent an organization;
- interfere with the Site's security or operation, or upload malicious code;
- use the Site in violation of any law.
Our content and other people's trademarks
The Site's design, text, research, graphics and video stories, and the Find Your Club name and logo, belong to Find Your Club or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use.
Club, event and company names and logos belong to their owners. We use them only to identify those organizations. Their appearance on the Site doesn't mean they endorse Find Your Club, unless they're marked as a partner.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email team@ramatsportsgroup.com with the work, where it appears on the Site, your contact details, and a statement that you're the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We'll review it and remove material where appropriate.
Links to other sites
The Site links to websites we don't control, including club, event and company websites, YouTube and social networks. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT LISTINGS ARE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, FIND YOUR CLUB AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND PARTNERS WON'T BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR DEALINGS WITH ANY CLUB, EVENT OR COMPANY LISTED ON THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO $100. SOME STATES DON'T ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Find Your Club against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from content you submit, your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date above, and continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or end access to the Site, or remove any listing or content, at any time.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver.
