This Privacy Policy explains how Ramat Sports Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Find Your Club ("Find Your Club," "we," "us"), collects, uses and shares information when you use findyourclub.com, Link-Up and our related pages and forms (together, the "Site").
Find Your Club is a directory and storytelling platform for youth sports. Families, athletes, coaches and club directors use it to research clubs, camps, tournaments and service providers. Clubs and other organizations use it to share verified stories from the people they serve.
Information we collect
Information you give us. We collect what you enter into our forms:
- Contact and demo requests: name, email, phone, organization name and type, role, sport, website, location and your message.
- Profile claims: name, work email, phone, role, club website, the changes you ask for, and your confirmation that you represent the club.
- Link-Up requests: whether you are a parent, athlete or director; sport, ZIP code, city, state and search radius; your answers to Link-Up's questions; the organizations you shortlist; name, email, phone, organization and role; and any notes. Athletes under 18 can give a parent or guardian's email.
- Free listings and event signups: name, organization name and email.
- Email updates: your email address and whether you asked to receive them.
Video stories and testimonials. When a parent, player, coach or staff member records a story for Find Your Club, we collect their name, image, voice, the recording and a transcript. Recordings are made under a separate Consent and Release that the participant (or, for a minor, a parent or guardian) agrees to before recording. That release controls how the recording is used.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the time of the visit. We also use cookies and similar technologies, described under "Cookies, analytics and advertising" below.
Information from other sources. Club, event and service listings are built from information the organizations give us and from public sources such as their own websites and public directories. Associations and leagues we partner with may give us their member lists.
How we use information
- To answer your requests, set up and verify profiles, and run Link-Up.
- To connect you with the organizations you asked to hear from.
- To send the emails you asked for, including Link-Up shortlists and, if you opted in, research and updates. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To publish club, event and service profiles, and to publish video stories under the participant's release.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
- To measure and run advertising for Find Your Club and, where we manage campaigns for partner organizations, for those organizations.
- To keep the Site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
How we share information
With organizations you ask us to contact. When you submit Link-Up and confirm that you want to be contacted, we share your request and contact details with the clubs, camps, events or companies on your shortlist so they can get in touch. Some of them may not be Find Your Club partners; we may contact them to pass on your request. Once they have your details, their own privacy practices apply.
With service providers. We use companies that process information on our behalf, including:
- Netlify (website hosting and form submissions)
- Brevo (email delivery and our mailing lists)
- Google (Google Analytics; YouTube for video playback; Google Fonts)
- Meta (the Meta pixel, for ad measurement and audiences)
For legal reasons and business transfers. We may share information if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business.
What we don't do. We don't sell your personal information for money. Some state laws treat the use of advertising cookies, like the Meta pixel, as "sharing" or "selling." You can opt out as described under "Your choices and rights."
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, and the Meta pixel to measure our ads and show ads to people who have visited the Site. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, links clicked, device and browser details and approximate location.
If you use "Use my location" on our clubs-near-me search, your browser shares your approximate location with the page to sort results by distance. It is used only in your browser and is not sent to us or stored.
Videos on the Site are played through YouTube. Where we use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, YouTube doesn't set cookies until you play a video. Google Fonts receives your IP address when it delivers the Site's fonts.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on and manage Meta ads in your Facebook ad preferences. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising cookies on that browser.
Club and organization listings
Profiles marked "Unclaimed" were created from public information and haven't been verified by the organization. If you represent an organization, you can claim its profile to correct or add details, or contact us to ask for changes or removal.
Children and young athletes
The Site is meant for parents, guardians, coaches and club staff. Athletes must be at least 13 to use Link-Up, and athletes under 18 should involve a parent or guardian. We don't knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Video stories that feature minors are recorded only with a parent or guardian's consent under our Consent and Release.
Your choices and rights
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
- Access, correction and deletion: email us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. We'll verify your request and respond within the time the law requires, generally 45 days.
- Advertising cookies: use Your privacy choices (linked at the bottom of every page), turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, email us, or use the browser and platform controls above.
- Video stories: to ask about a published story, email us. Some uses may continue as allowed by the release you signed.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We won't discriminate against you for using them. If we deny your request, you can reply to ask us to reconsider.
How long we keep information
We keep form submissions and contact details for as long as we need them to answer your request, run the services you asked for and keep business records, and then delete or anonymize them. We keep published profiles and stories for as long as they're live on the Site, and as allowed by the applicable release.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Where information is processed
Find Your Club is based in the United States, and information is processed in the United States. If you visit from another country, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We'll change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, give notice on the Site or by email.
