Cottage Grove United

A Complete Player Pathway

Cottage Grove United (CGU) provides a structured development ladder tailored to players at every stage of their youth soccer journey:

• Recreational & Introductory (Ages 3–8): Focuses on fundamental ball mastery, coordination, and developing a genuine love for the game in a fun, community-based setting.
• Competitive Traveling (U9–U14): Teams compete in the Twin Cities Soccer League (TCSL) and state tournaments. Players are placed on structured tiers (National/Regional, State, and Cities levels) through balanced tryouts to ensure optimal development and challenge.
• High School & Senior Travel (U15–U19): Advanced tactical and physical preparation designed to support high school varsity athletics and create exposure pathways for players aspiring to compete at the collegiate level.
• Year-Round Development: Specialized winter indoor training, summer camps, and technical academies keep players engaged and developing across all four seasons.
