Earlham Soccer Club (ESC) is a recreational, volunteer-run youth soccer organization serving Earlham, Iowa, and the surrounding Madison County area in the western Des Moines metro. Its purpose is to promote youth soccer through coaching, training, example and league play, while encouraging teamwork, sportsmanship and cooperation among the community's children.

Managed by a volunteer board of directors, the club is open to players ages 4 through 18 and fields teams that compete in the Iowa Soccer League (ISL) Rec Central across the U10, U12, U14, U16 and U19 divisions, with in-house options for its youngest players.
