The club brings immense value to Iowa by prioritizing character-building through its "Core Values" program and providing local athletes with unique international training opportunities and collegiate exposure.

A Complete Player Pathway
Iowa Rush provides a comprehensive development pyramid that allows players in Ankeny, Waverly, and Pella to progress from their first steps on the field to the highest levels of competitive soccer.
Developmental (Ages 3–10): Focuses on "Rush Beginnings" and the Youth Academy, where young players learn fundamental skills in a fun, low-pressure environment designed to ignite a passion for the game.
Competitive (U11–U19): For serious athletes looking for advanced technical and tactical training. Teams participate in regional leagues, preparing players for high school and collegiate success.
National Platforms (ECNL-RL & NPL): Iowa Rush provides top-tier athletes with access to the ECNL Regional League and National Premier Leagues, offering significant visibility for college recruitment.
Rush Select: High-performing players can be nominated for national "all-star" teams that compete in prestigious domestic events and international tours, providing a pathway that independent local clubs cannot offer.
