SW Strikers Volleyball serves the rural communities of Southwest North Dakota, focusing on making competitive volleyball accessible to rural athletes.

• JO Regional Teams: Providing competitive opportunities for middle and high school athletes in regional tournaments.

• Fundamental Skill Blocks: Practices designed to master the six basic skills of the game: serving, passing, setting, attacking, blocking, and digging.
