Ignite Volleyball Club and Foundation Inc. is a mission-driven organization focused on leadership and collegiate preparation for female athletes.

• Middle School Development Program: An extensive outreach initiative operating across multiple junior high campuses to provide high-level coaching and fitness access to adolescent girls.

• Collegiate Prep Pathway: Dedicated programs for high school athletes who desire to pursue athletics and education at the collegiate level.

• Leadership Curriculum: Integrating character-building and self-advocacy training into the standard athletic curriculum.

History & Legacy

Founded in 2014 by Executive Director Paul The, Ignite has provided hundreds of volunteer hours to the Glenburn area. The club is recognized for its non-profit mission and its commitment to the social and athletic advancement of North Dakota youth.
