Northfield Volleyball Club (NVBC) is a premier youth sports organization providing competitive Junior Olympic (JO) volleyball to athletes in the Northfield, Elko New Market, and Lonsdale areas. As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, the club's mission is to foster a love for the game while developing high-level skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

NVBC serves as the primary developmental pathway for the Northfield Raiders, operating in close alignment with the local school district. Affiliated with the North Country Region (NCR) and the JVA, the club offers teams for athletes from 10U through 18U. Whether training in Northfield or serving the growing community of Elko New Market, NVBC is committed to excellence on the court and the growth of its athletes off the court.

• Competitive JO Program: Offering tiered teams that compete in regional power leagues, focusing on tactical awareness and advanced team systems.

• Developmental Skills: Targeted clinics for younger players to master the foundational mechanics of passing, serving, and attacking.

• High School Integration: Training schedules and coaching methodologies are designed to bridge the gap between youth play and the Northfield High School varsity environment.
