• Competitive JO Teams: Offering national and regional team options that participate in North Country Region (NCR) and USA Volleyball sanctioned tournaments.

• Skills & Training Sessions: Weekly mindset development and technical sessions integrated into the standard practice schedule to improve game IQ and mental resilience.

• Recruiting Services: A dedicated Director of Recruiting is on staff to assist high school athletes in navigating the collegiate landscape.

History & Legacy

Founded in 2005, VOLT Volleyball has been a reputable pillar of the West Fargo community for over two decades. Under the long-term leadership of Director Twila Nogowski, it has evolved into a premier 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving as a critical pipeline for area volleyball talent.
