• Junior Olympic (JO) Teams: Fielding competitive teams that participate in North Country Region (NCR) sanctioned events and local power leagues.

• Skill Intensive Clinics: High-repetition sessions focused specifically on the "spike" and offensive mechanics, including hand-contact and transition footwork.
