Rosemount Irish Elite is the premier Junior Olympic (JO) volleyball club serving Rosemount, MN, and the surrounding District 196 communities. Operating under the Rosemount Area Athletic Association (RAAA), the club provides a highly competitive and developmental environment for female athletes in grades 4 through 8 (10U–14U).

Known for its #ASONE culture, Irish Elite focuses on the pillars of work, improvement, and commitment. The club offers multiple levels of play — including Elite, Competition, and Development teams — ensuring that every athlete receives experienced coaching tailored to their skill level. Affiliated with the North Country Region (NCR) and the JVA, the teams compete across the Midwest, utilizing top-tier facilities like Rosemount High School and Hope Fieldhouse.

Whether preparing for high school play or building fundamental skills, Rosemount Irish Elite is the heart of youth volleyball in the South Metro.

• Junior Olympic (JO) Teams: Fielding competitive teams from 11U through 18U that participate in North Country Region (NCR) and JVA sanctioned tournaments.

• Irish Academy: A developmental program for elementary-aged athletes (grades 3-5) focused on introducing the game through fun, high-repetition skill sessions.

• Positional Training: Periodic clinics specifically designed for setters, hitters, and liberos to refine the technical mechanics of each role.
